My name is Antonella.

I’m a woman who always played a lot of sports when I was younger—especially cross-country running and tennis. Then, when I was 23, I had a bad accident. Since then, my mobility has changed.

I’ve had several surgeries and will need more...I’ll be cared for by wonderful doctors I found at Gemelli Hospital in Rome. I want to dedicate this FUNDRAISER to a friend of mine who passed away a long time ago from multiple sclerosis—and to everyone who is suffering because they can’t move the way they used to.

But nothing happens by chance. Perhaps we can learn to be more aware that moving,

walking is a gift—and that research gives us yet another opportunity.
