ZUMBA for AISM

Sunday, May 25 from 3 p.m. at PALAZZETTO DELLO SPORT at 11 Via Varalli in BOLLATE participate in ZUMBA FOR AISM!From 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. a special Zumba class with Alessandra, Valentina, Norma, Morena, Valentina, Ginger and Sharon awaits you! We'll start with an energizing warm-up, then move on to simple but dynamic choreography, alternating between low- and high-intensity movements (interval training).During the class there will also be a moment dedicated to Zumba Gold on Chair: exercises and steps to be done comfortably seated, perfect for those looking for a gentler but equally effective alternative.Don't worry if you've never done Zumba before: it's designed for everyone* and fun is guaranteed!
