Sharing, socializing, solidarity and recreation: HappyAism is the summer event promoted by the Brescia section of the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association, which for three days from July 7 to 9 will transform the Aism Gardens in Strada Antica Mantovana, filling them with smiles, chats, reflections, and stories.

Proposed for several years now, also in this 2023 the festival aims to be a moment of encounter for many of the association's members, but especially for some of the 2,800 people with multiple sclerosis who live in the province of Brescia and rely on the association.

The disease, which impacts multiple aspects of life on a physical, psychological, social, emotional, and work level, can often lead to isolation and in the worst cases depression. Being able to compare oneself with other people and have the support of a supportive support network, which can also be represented by family or friends, is therefore essential.

The festival, in addition to being a fundraising opportunity, also aims at that goal by bringing together just families, groups of friends, youth and adults. Food stands and lots of music will enliven the party, sponsored by the city of Brescia.

HappyAism is therefore yes a party, but not only. It is also part of a story about people "who get involved and always know how to fight.
