Roberta is 52 years old. Since she found out she had multiple sclerosis her life has changed, she was told she would have to give up playing sports but thanks to rehabilitation she was able to take back her dreams and discovered the world of handbiking.

In recent years she has won many awards but the biggest thrill is to be able to represent Italy in this challenging sport that allows her to go beyond the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and makes her feel free.

Next August at the World Championships in Canada, Roberta, on the "saddle" of her handbike, will try to climb back to the roof of the world, and with her will be all people with multiple sclerosis.
